Returns & Refunds 

To ensure transparency and clarity in the policies, please carefully review the following Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Refund Policy Overview:

a. At Wild Fern Jewelry, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated in this policy. All sales are considered final. Returns of all collection pieces and sale items are final sale.

b. By placing an order on my website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

a. All sales are final: Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless otherwise specified in the following sections.

b. Items for which you have changed your mind may be returned; however, refunds will not be issued in such cases.

c. Rings: Prior to placing your order, please ensure accurate sizing as refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing selections. I encourage you to visit your local jeweler for precise measurements or consider purchasing adjustable ring sizers online. While I plan to offer these sizers in my store soon, it's imperative to confirm your size beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.

3. Exception: Damaged or Defective Items:

a. While I take utmost care in creating and packaging my handmade jewelry items, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item.

b. To initiate the process for a damaged or defective item, please email me at wildfernjewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

c. I will assess your request and determine if the item qualifies for a resolution.

d. If the damage or defect is confirmed, and if it is fixable, you may choose to return the item to me for repair. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

e. If the damage or defect is confirmed and cannot be repaired, and if it is determined to be due to USPS shipping and handling, I can offer a partial store credit or a partial refund.

f. If the damage or defect is confirmed and cannot be repaired, and if it is not due to USPS shipping and handling, I will offer one of the following resolutions:

   i. Store Credit/Refund: I will issue a store credit for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees or a refund.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility:

a. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

5. Made to Order Returns & Exchanges:

a. I will accept returns/exchanges of made to order pieces within 14 days of when you've received your items. Once I have received and processed your returned items and they are in original resale condition, you will receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

b. Exchanges are welcome for any "made to order" pieces. Collection pieces are final sale.

c. Please note that for returned items there is a 15% re-stocking fee that the customer is responsible for.
