 Thank you for supporting Wild Fern Jewelry, where each piece is crafted with care just for you!

1. Processing Time:

Made to Order Items: All jewelry is meticulously crafted by hand and shipped within 7-12 business days of placing your order. For "finish in your size" pieces, please allow up to two weeks for completion. While I aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 days, please understand that life happens and sometimes there may be slight delays

2. Shipping Methods:

I primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping, providing reliable and cost-effective options for both domestic and international deliveries.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are determined based on the total weight of your order and the shipping address within the USA. You'll see the shipping cost displayed during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times within the USA are provided after order processing. Please note delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.

5. Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment on the USPS website.

6. Responsibility for Lost/Stolen Packages:

-While I ensure careful packaging and handover to USPS, once your package is with the carrier, any responsibility for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages rests with them.

-Unfortunately, I cannot afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers.

-Once your package leaves my studio, it's in the hands of USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local Postal Office for assistance in recovering or refunding you for the lost package

 - If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, open a claim with your local post office.

PLEASE NOTE:  I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they leave my studio.

7. Insurance and Signature Confirmation:

If you desire additional protection such as insurance or signature confirmation, please contact me before placing your order. Additional charges may apply for these services.

8. International Shipping:

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand my shipping services in the future.

9. Local Pickup:

For customers in Eugene, Oregon, or nearby areas, I offer a convenient local pickup/drop-off option subject to availability. Leave a note during checkout for further instructions.
