I’m still accepting Holiday Custom pieces for the 2025 season. As we get closer to the holidays, please know that customs will need to be mailed out before December 11th to have the best chance of arriving in time. This is not guaranteed, as completion depends on my custom queue and the intricacy of your design — so booking early is always the safest option.

I can’t make guarantees due to varying complexity and the number of customs I take on. Pieces must ship before December 11th for the best chance of holiday arrival, so booking early gives you the highest likelihood.

Is the deposit refundable?

No — the $160 deposit is non-refundable and holds your dedicated custom slot. It goes toward your final total.

What if I need my piece rushed?

I do not offer rush fees. Every piece is slow-made and handcrafted, and I want to give each design the time and intention it deserves.

When will I know the final price?

Once we discuss your design, stone options, and metal choices, I’ll provide a price estimate before starting your piece.

What if I change my mind after booking?

You can absolutely shift your design direction early in the process, but large changes that increase complexity may adjust your timeline or final cost.

What if you get too many customs?

Once all Holiday Custom spots are claimed, I will close this listing for the season. Any inquiries that arrive afterward will be scheduled for after the holidays.
